This Client was building a brand-new student housing property. A previous study showed that the ERRCS signal was marginal. When they tested right before receiving their Certificate of Occupancy (CO), they realized they were going to need an ERRCS System to enhance the signal.
Symphony performed an analysis, which indicated some areas definitely needed an ERRCS System. The Client asked us to fast-track the implementation and Symphony developed parallel paths in order to work on the design, order the estimated bill of materials, and find local subcontractor resources quickly.
Working closely with Guefen Construction, Symphony orchestrated a timely implementation. We coordinated the Fire Marshal’s concerns and worked overtime to get the infrastructure installed and the system commissioned in record time. With the CO now in hand, the Client could now allow residents to start move-in.
